Wise Restaurant is fully licensed & showcases award winning wines made on site at Wise Winery. Wise wines are recognised and marketed throughout Australia and the world and are made from select grapes sourced solely from areas of the South West Wine Region. Our exclusive wine list is presented with tasting notes. These wines are complimented by a select range of Sparkling wine and Champagne. We also offer a range of boutique local and imported beer, liqueurs and spirits, often sourcing unique beverages to make the dining experience at Wise Restaurant even more memorable. Customers are also able to taste or purchase wines at Wise Cellar door which is adjacent to the Restaurant.
