About WISE

Heath and Melina Townsend have leased the Restaurant from the Wise family since 1995 and has carved it self into the regions bench mark Vineyard Restaurant.
A chef by trade Heath has surrounded himself with passionate people who seek the same goals as himself. Heath attributes much of the Restaurants success to Peter Cremen and Jon Glasspool who have work beside him for ten and seven years respectively.

This wealth of knowledge is testimony to the numerous culinary accolades including the prestigious Gold Plate Award, AMEX Best Vineyard Restaurant and has been regularly included in the Gourmet Travellers Guide to the best Restaurants in Australia.
