Wise menus change with seasons, this allows our team of chefs to source the freshest produce available, over the years Heath and Jon have built great relationships with local South West and North West producers ensuring we receive the cream of the crop. We also have a daily specials list which allows us to showcase small quantities of the freshest in season produce.

Wise Restaurant is proud of being the only Restaurant in the Margaret River Wine Region that has sweeping views over vineyard and natural bushland to the pristine waters of Geographe Bay. Our iconic Restaurant has become a ‘must’ in every tourist’s destination, the view being one of the most photographed in the South West.
Our Menu has a strong Mediterranean flavour with an Italian edge. Our Chefs pride themselves on producing exciting seasonal menus using the best available local produce.
